Refund policy
Returns
Our policy is simple. If you receive an item and you don't like the way it fits, feels or looks, you can return (or exchange) it, no questions asked. You have 90 days from the date of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
- Clearance Sale items (anything marked down 50% or greater)
- Gift Cards
To initiate your return, email info@mikeydapparel.com, to let us know you need to do a return or exchange and why.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color or any other item of equal or lesser value, send an email to info@mikeydapparel. We will email you a return shipping label that you can use to send the item back. Once your item is received, we will send out your exchange, and email you with the new tracking number.
Returns
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one week.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance Sale items
Any item marked down 50% or greater cannot be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
